The Western Region Sports Authority has announced a four- member committee in charge of publicity for the much awaiting Inter-districts athletics championship.
The event which has GNPC Foundation as it headline sponsor will see 23 districts in the region participating.
The newly formed committee would make sure the championship is spread to the length and breadth of the region and Ghana at large .

The four- member committee includes Senior Accountant for Western Region Sports Authority Yaw Sekyere, Mr. Stephen Kwame Yeboah of Radio Silver, Julius Abakah Emunah who is a secretary for Western Regional Football Association and Madam Rita Odei who also serve as the spokesperson for the NSA.

Meanwhile, the maiden edition of the Western Region Inter-districts athletics championship is slated for Saturday 24th November, 2018 at the Sekondi Sports Stadium.
