Former Karela United goalkeeper, Isaac Hagan has called it a quit from active football.
Hagan who captained the Aiyinase-based club and aided the team to gain Ghana Premier League promotion in 2017 has retired from football at a youthful age.
He has retired from football due to series of injuries that has hampered his career as a goalkeeper.
“I’ll like to take this opportunity to thank Soccer Mercenaries, Liberty Professionals, B.A United, Karela United, the people of Nzema Aiyinase and the whole football fraternity for being supportive in my football career as I announced my early retirement due to personal reasons. God knows best”, Hagan is quoted by Boss FM.
Isaac Hagan was part of the Black Stars B squad that finished second in the 2019 CHAN in Senegal.
