Chief Executive Officer of Tamale City FC, Mohammed Iddi has insisted that King Faisal Football Club has no case in the case which has now been pushed to the Court of Arbitration of Sports by King Faisal FC.
King Faisal FC protested against Isaac Mensah/Jireh Kojo Nissi for double registration after losing heavily to Tamale City FC in the betPawa Premier League.
The Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee and the Appeals Committee ruled against the Kumasi-based Club and King Faisal has resorted to CAS for redress.

Mohammed Iddi in his latest media interaction revealed King Faisal has no case and added that Issac Mensah who is the centre of the issue has been sold to another GPL Club.

“Tamale City don’t have Kojo Nissi, what we have in our system is Isaac Mensah. As we speak now, we are done with Issac Mensah matters in our team. We have sold him to Accra Great Olympics. In this coming season, he will be wearing the Olympics colours”
“From 2019 till now, we have Issac Mensah in all our team sheet from GFA and not Kojo Nissi. The way King Faisal presented the case is what caused their down fall” – he disclosed this on Dreams FM Sunday Sports Show.
