Founder of the Liberal Party of Ghana, Percival Kofi Akpaloo has promised to pay Hearts of Oak players Gh¢1,000 each should they beat Wydad Athletic on Sunday.
The Phobians face Wydad Athletic in the first leg of the CAF Champions league preliminary round on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Accra Sports Stadium.[ads2]
The reigning Ghana Premier league champions have to eliminate the Moroccan outfit in the two-legged tie before securing ticket to the group stage of the competition.
According to the ace politician, this forms part of his support to the Ghana Premier league heavyweight as they continue thier journey in the CAF Champions League.[ads3]

“I will give every Hearts of Oak player ¢1,000 and ¢2,000 to the coach should they beat WAC at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday,” Mr. Kofi Akpaloo told Kumasi based OTEC FM[ads4]
“So far as Hearts is a Ghanaian team, it’s my prayer they progress to the next stage of the competition”.
