The Ghana Football Association have declared that West African Football Academy’s decision to recuse themselves from professional football leaves a slot in Division One League Zone Two to complete the 16 clubs to compete in the 2023/24 Access Bank Division One League.

The Ghana Football Association invoked Article 78 of its regulations as was used two seasons ago to find replacements for Ashantigold Sporting Club.
The Clubs are given Wednesday, August 9, 2023 to confirm participation.
