Former Western Region Football Association Chairman, Kojo Yankah has canceled his meeting with Division Two Clubs in the Western Region.
Mr. Kojo Yankah has earlier planned to engage the division 2 clubs in a meeting, but according to close sources the meeting had been canceled due to the clubs’ unwillingness to attend.
The clubs are now unwilling to attend the meeting – the clubs are now the locus of Mr. Kojo Yankah to organize the meeting.
According to Mr. Kojo Yankah, he was organizing the meeting as the GFA EXCO Member[ WRFA Chairman] – “I’m organizing the meeting as the GFA EXCO Member”.
www.kyfilla.com has reported earlier that the Western Region Sports Authority has denied the former Ghana Football Association Executive Committee boss access to the Sekondi Gyandu Park, which was designated as the venue for the meeting.
In an earlier report this morning, Kojo Yankah had denied reports of him not having access to use the facility for the meeting.
“I want to meet the club chairmen tomorrow and explain the current happenings in Ghana football to them, because most of them are in the dark” – Yankah told Asempa FM.
