Kumasi Asante Kotoko head coach C.K Akonnor says coaching the Porcupine Warriors has been his top most challenge.
Akonnor was appointed as the gaffer for the Kumasi based team earlier this year on a three year deal after parting ways with Ghana Premier League side Ashantigold SC.
The former Sekondi Eleven Wise head coach in an interview with Accra based Asempa FM of which Kyfilla.com monitored believes even though he has coached Ashantigold SC, Hearts of Oak and Dreams FC, Kotoko job is the most challenging.
“Kotoko job has been my top most challenge,however,so far it’s been good”, he said.
Meanwhile, C.K Akonnor is preparing for his maiden Africa campaign with Kotoko as they face Kariobanji Sharks from Kenya in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Porcupine Warriors will depart Ghana for Ethiopia today before boarding a flight to Kenya for the titanic clash slated for Saturday 15th December,2018 at Kasarani Stadium, 3:00PM in Kenya and 12:00noon in Ghana.
