Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday 11th November, 2018 would engage Western regional division two side Unicon FC in a friendly match.
The Kumasi based team who are currently in Takoradi for a 10 day camping would entertain the division two side in a low profile match at the Sekondi Sports Stadium on Sunday at 8am.
Meanwhile, the Porcupine Warriors would also engage Medeama Sporting Club in a titanic encounter on Wednesday 14th November, 2018 at the Sekondi Sports Stadium before returning back to Kumasi to continue their preparations.
The Kumasi based team would represent the country in the next season’s CAF Confederation cup after being granted the permission by the GFA Normalization Committee.
Kotoko were the holders of last season’s FA Cup and since league in the country has been put on hold, it makes them legitimate to represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation cup next season.
