Chief Executive Officer of Berekum Arsenal Football Club, Yakubu Moro has revealed that the Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku and his members are only interested in sharing and chopping the money from FIFA and CAF themselves.
The Finance Committee put together by the Ghana Football Association disbursed the $1.8m Covid-19 Relief Fund over the week which has inspired several back and forth among the club owners.

Moro insists the allotment for the 48 Division One League clubs are highly improper adding that the President of the GFA wants to share monies among judiciously.
He quoted: “How they shared the money wasn’t good that’s why many people are talking about it. We haven’t played a consistent league for almost 3 years and you apportion $7,500 to division one clubs.

“They just want a way to claim all the money and chop that is why they are bringing out these lies including monies to the National Teams and the Media.
“He concluded telling the clubs to abstain from the FIFA money: “I am advising all the clubs not to collect the money and let them take it all” – Moro told Light TV.
