Per reports gathering, the agent of the Ghanaian forward has finalized a deal with the Azerbajani top-flight side awaiting the greenlight from Cordoba FC.
Owusu joined Spanish lower tier side Cordoba FC on loan from Leganes and want a move out of Spain.

Reports say the striker has already left the Spanish city of Cordoba and arrived in Madrid awaiting the clearance before he can fly out for medicals in Turkey where Qarabag are training.
