The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has unveiled its newly appointed leadership team for the Majority Caucus in Ghana’s 9th Parliament. The announcement comes after extensive consultations between the National Executive Committee (NEC) and the NDC Majority Caucus.
The Newly Appointed Leadership
– Majority Leader: Hon. Mahama Ayariga, Member of Parliament (MP) for Bawku Central.
– Deputy Majority Leader:Hon. George Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, MP for Cape Coast South.
– Majority Chief Whip: Hon. Rockson-Nelson Kwami Etse Dafeamekpor, MP for South Dayi.
– First Deputy Majority Whip: Hon. Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe, MP for Ada.
– Second Deputy Majority Whip: Hon. Richard Acheampong, MP for Bia East.
The new team brings together experienced legislators tasked with ensuring efficient coordination and leadership of the NDC’s majority side in Parliament.
The appointments signal the NDC’s readiness to maintain unity and pursue its legislative agenda in Parliament. Hon.
