The communications officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has said John Dramani Mahama is a law abiding citizen who won’t fight the outcome of the verdict of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court will announce the verdict of the 2020 election petition on Thursday, March 4, 2021.[ads2]
Ahead of the verdict, Sammy Gyamfi has said no matter the outcome of the ruling, the petitioner and flagbearer of the NDC in the 2020 elections John Dramani Mahama is not a lawless person who will kick against the ruling of the apex court.[ads3]
“We are not a lawless party. John Mahama is not a lawless person. I think over the years, the NDC and our leader have shown that we have this country at heart – Sammy Gyamfi said on JoyNews..
He added that, “Let me repeat, for us, whichever way the verdict goes, we are very clear in our minds that the people of this country have gotten to know the truth and that truth is that candidate Akufo-Addo was not validly elected as the President of Ghana.”[ads5]
