Ghanaians have been thrown into a state of fear as a video of John Mahama mobbed by Hohoe residents with Coronavirus protocols ignored goes viral.
NDC flagbearer John Mahama received a rousing welcome on his visit to Hohoe few days ago but aftermath of the event comes with fear and panic.

The video from the event has thrown Ghanaians into a state of fear as the Coronavirus protocols were totally ignored by thousands of party followers.
In the video, it could be seen that most of the followers were not wearing nose/face masks but shouting on top of their voices with social distancing protocols abandoned.
This comes at a time that Ghana has recorded a massive increase of Coronavirus cases with the current case count now at 41,003 with 215 deaths.

Few months ago, the ruling NPP government did same during their primaries by ignoring the Coronavirus safety protocols which led to former Deputy Minister of Trade, Carlos Ahenkorah who tested positive for the virus before the primaries, coming into contact with many of his followers.
Though he later resigned from his position as the Deputy Minister, the harm he caused cannot be erased.

The NPP were seriously criticized by the NDC for exposing many lives to the devastating disease but just as that case is gradually dying out comes with John Mahama and his NDC followers at Hohoe.
Is Ghana really focused on fighting the pandemic or just playing around concerning the attitude of her citizens.
