The Ghana Highway Authority (GHA) has announced that maintenance works will be carried out on the Ejisu-Apedwa section of the N6 highway.
The statement which was released on 15th October 2024 reiterated that the maintenance works will improve improve road safety and enhance transportation once it is completed.
The GHA further stated that traffic management measures will be in place.
The Traffic Management Measures are,
Road Closures: Certain sections of the highway may be closed to traffic during the maintenance period.
Diversions: Detour routes will be provided to guide motorists around the affected areas.
Traffic Management Personnel: Traffic management personnel will be deployed to direct traffic and ensure safety.
The GHA apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the maintenance works and assures motorists that all efforts will be made to minimize disruptions and complete the project as quickly as possible.
