Skyy FC whipped Sekondi Hasaacas 2:1 in Match day 14 of the Division One League [Zone Two] encounter at the Saint Martins Park in Daboase.
The away side Sekondi Hasaacas showed enough dominance over Skyy FC in the early minutes of the game which saw attacker Edmund Ampofo netting the opener for Hasaml as early as the 3rd minutes of the titanic clash.
However, Skyy FC came back strong in the game for the equalizer, creating and squandering numerous of goal scoring opportunities.
Emmanuel Ankobeah and the delight to watch Ebenezer Edukoh wasted a lot of opportunities in the game after dominating the game for about 20 minutes.
But Emmanuel Ankobeah in the 28 minutes provided an assist for the scintillating goal poacher Suleiman Abubakar who netted the equalizer for the Daboase based team.
Skyy FC came back strong in the second half to get the winning goal but the well composed Hasaacas defense managed to sustain the pressure from the home team.
However, referee Abraham Opoku awarded the home team a penalty after Abubakar Suleiman was brought down in the eighteen yard box, Ebenezer Edukoh converted the opportunity bringing his side top of the game.
Also, Sekondi Hasaacas winger Philip Flamini was shown the red card after challenging the decision of the center referee Abraham Opoku.The game ended 2:1 in favor of the home team Skyy FC.
