Ghana Premier League outfit Medeama SC have been granted permission to use the Akoon Park in Tarkwa as home venue for the 2021/22 league season.
The Club Licensing Board of the Ghana FA rejected Medeama SC the request to use the Akoon Park as home venue in an earlier inspection.[ads2]
It was reported that the Ghana FA wanted Medeama SC to move home games to the Cape Coast Sports Stadium but talks wasn’t successful which their game against Bibiani Gold Stars postponed.
Latest information reaching Kyfilla.com indicate that finally the Club Licensing Board of the Ghana FA has granted Medeama SC a conditional approval to use the Akoon Park as home venue after another inspection.[ads3]
This means that Medeama SC first home game against Bibiani Gold Stars will be played at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
Medeama SC lost the first game of the season to Bechem United in Bechem and will have to defeat Gold Stars who managed to pip Berekum Chelsea in the matchday one of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League at the Duns Park in Bibiani…[ads5]
