Medeama Sporting Club and Karela United have adopted the same venue for the upcoming league season.

The two clubs have chosen to stage their home matches in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season at the Akoon Park.
The clubs have chosen the venue due to renovation works ongoing at the Tarkwa Na Aboso Park and the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.

Per source, an inspection team from the Ghana Football Association have inspected the park and have given the two teams the green light to use the venue for the upcoming league season.

Meanwhile the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season kick off on December 28, 2019 with eighteen clubs to participate.
