Medeama Sporting Club midfielder Justice Blay is reported to miss their clash against Wa All Stars on Sunday, 7th April, 2019 at the T&A Park.
Report says the midfield dynamo had a knock during their clash against Kumasi Asante Kotoko on last Thursday at Tarkwa but was forced to last the full throttle.
Even though the injury is a light one, the former Sekondi Hasaacas talisman is likely to miss this weekend encounter with Wa All Stars at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park on Sunday.
Medeama whipped the 24 times Ghana Premier League Champions, Asante Kotoko by Kwame Boateng’s spot kick after Abass Mohammed intentionally saved a goal threatening ball with the hand and was shown the exit by referee Maxwell Hanson.
The Tarkwa based side are very determined to win the Normalization Committee’ Special Competition and represent Ghana in the CAF Champions League next season.
Wa All Stars is also under new administration with the name changed to Stallions FC after it former boss and former Ghana Football Association President, Kwesi Nyantakyi sold the club to former Black Stars defender John Paintsil and his partners.
Justice Blay joined Medeama Sporting Club from division one league and 1977 Ghana Premier League Champions, Sekondi Hasaacas and has been very impressive since joining the Yellow and Mauves.
