Born on July 16, 1958, Mrs. Palomeras attended St. Barnabas Anglican School, Osu and Cooke County College Texas, USA.
She had the passion to play tennis in 1974 by the immaculate Tennis Attire, which in those days was mostly white in colour.
Her first ever tennis trainer was Mr Nortey Dowuona who taught her for a period of three (3) months. Coach Anthony Dove was however the coach under whose tutelage she spent a lot of time as a Tennis Player.
As there were few female players during her time, most of her training sessions also involved playing with the Boys/Men Tennis Players and this really helped her in building self confidence and improved her tennis skills.
