Mrs. Mercy Tagoe Quarcoe has resigned as the head coach of Ghana Women’s Premier League outfit Halifax Ladies.
Coach Mercy Tagoe who double as the head coach of the Black Queens has resigned from Halifax Ladies with immediate effect.
According to her, she has resigned from Halifax Ladies to concentrate on the Black Queens coaching job as they prepare for upcoming tournaments and other competitions.
“I have enjoyed my tenure at Halifax, and in particular feel honoured to have been a part of such a supportive team.
“If I can be of help during this transition, please let me know. I am available to help train my replacement, and will ensure all my reports are updated before my last day of work.
“Thank you again for the opportunity to work at Halifax. I wish you all the best and look forward to staying in touch,” portions of her resignation letter read.
Coach Mercy Tagoe Quarcoo is currently engaged by CAF as an instructor in Prampram, training coaches from some selected schools at the grassroots level as they prepare for a CAF U15 girls tournament and Sports Festival.
