Even though they are nearing towards the conclusion of their national team careers, Black Stars winger Jordan Ayew claims he and Andre Ayew, his brother still have years to give the national team.
Jordan will turn 32 in September, and Andre, who has played more than 110 times for Ghana’s Black Stars, will turn 34 in December.
Since his debut in 2010, Jordan has appeared 90 times for the senior national team.
The two brothers have been foundations of the team ever since they made their initial national team appearances, and they have consistently been called up to play for the team.Currently Andre Dede Ayew is the Captain of the Black Stars
They have also played together on two occasions at club level first in France at Olympic Marseille and then Swansea city in England.
In an interview with GTV sports Jordan Ayew stated “It’s like a kid’s dream come true. We’ll enjoy it, it’s not going to last forever but we are enjoying it and know that we still have more years.
It’s always a pleasure to play alongside my brother.”
