In the face of mounting fan discontent and pressure, Asante Kotoko Head Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has once again pleaded with fans to be patient with the Kotoko playing body and technical team.
Following a 1-0 home loss to Dreams F.C,many fans have called on Kotoko players and the Head Coach to up their game.
While Prosper Nartey Ogum admits that his side were not good enough he added that the league is more of a marathon than a sprint and asked for the support of the fans in the post match interview.
”You know it is not good. Automatically, it is not good. You don’t win, the feeling is not going to be good. It is a league that is on going. They should still support the team because will work harder and make sure that we make them proud” – he said.
Kotoko have accumulated just 10 points out of a possible 27 and are just a point above the relegation zone on 14th place on the Betpawa Premier League table.
