The nominees for the NASCO Player of the Month award for December/January have been announced, with four exceptional players competing for the prestigious honor. Their impressive performances over the past month have earned them a place on the shortlist, showcasing their contributions to their respective teams.
Kwame Opoku (Asante Kotoko) – The prolific forward netted four goals in four matches, including an outstanding brace against Vision FC on Match Day 17.
Samuel Atta Kumi (Gold Stars FC) – A key figure for Gold Stars, Atta Kumi found the back of the net three times in six matches and was named NASCO Player of the Match on one occasion.
Dalvin Yeboah (Bechem United) – Yeboah demonstrated his attacking prowess with two goals in five matches while also claiming two NASCO Player of the Match awards.
Mawuli Wayo (Hearts of Oak)– Wayo proved to be a decisive player for Hearts of Oak, scoring three goals in seven matches, including the crucial match-winner against Hearts of Lions. He also secured two NASCO Player of the Match accolades.
The winner of the NASCO Player of the Month award will be rewarded with a brand-new 43-inch NASCO television, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited. Football fans now eagerly await the final decision on which player will take home the coveted prize.
