Hasaacas Ladies captain and NC Special Women’s Cup goal queen, Perpetual Agyekum has been given a late invitation to the Black Queens camp ahead of the 2019 WAFU tournament in Ivory Coast.
The dead ball monster was dropped in Black Queens 30 provisional squad for camping in Cape Coast ahead of the upcoming tournament even though she scored nine awesome goals in the just ended NC Special Women’s Cup.
The head coach of the Ghana senior national women’s team, Mercy Tagoe Quarcoe, after series of criticisms by some pundits, has handed a late call up to the NC Special Women’s Cup nine goals heroine who through her amazing performance helped Hasaacas Ladies to clinch the competition.
Perpetual Agyekum, winger, is expected to join the other 30 players in camp at Cape Coast on Thursday, April 20, 2019 for the WAFU preparations.
Meanwhile, the provisional squad would be prune down to 25 for the tournament which has been scheduled for May this year in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
