Bankroller of Proud United, Mr. Jojo Duncan has promised to give all monies to the team if they managed to book a slot in the money zone of the NC Special Competition.
Proud United who started the competition with five matches unbeaten are yet to amass a single point in their last three matches of the Special Competition.
Questions has been raised by many pundits as to the sudden lost of form by once upon a time favorite to lift the ultimate with some pointing fingers at the bankroller as the caused of the team’s sudden misfortunes.
Speaking to Kwame Yeboah on Sekondi based Radio Silver, the astute football administrator believes he has done enough for the well-being of the players and has challenged them to secure a money zone qualification and all the monies would be given them.
” I have done enough for the team and am willing to do more. I run the team with my hard earned monies and if anyone thinks what am doing is not enough, he can leave. They should know that, am old and can’t play football, so they are playing the ball for themselves and not me”, he said.
“If they need money then they must qualify for the money zone and I will give them all the money”, Mr. Jojo Duncan told Radio Silver in Sekondi.
Proud United after eight matches in the NC Special Competition have accumulated fifteen points and will come face-to-face with Unistar Academy at Kasoa.
