The GFA Normalization Committee has announced date for the commencement of the Special Women’s Competition after a meeting today.
The decision was finalized after a meeting was held today at the Ghana Football Association’s Secretariat with women’s football club owners.
After deliberations at the meeting, the Committee, Club Owners concluded on 9th- 10th March, 2019 for the commencement of the special tournament.
The clubs would receive a sum of GHC 7,500 as participation fee whilst those who will reach the quarter-final would pocket GHC 3,000. The semi-finalists would get GHC 5,000 with the prizes for the finalists and the winner to be announced later.
