Lawyer Kwame Adom-Appiah an aspirant in the ruling New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) primaries has been mercilessly beaten by soldiers in Effiduase-Asokore Constituency in the Ashanti Region.
According to report by Kumasi-based Fox FM correspondent Michael Siaw, the astute legal practitioner was brutalized after picking an information that one of his agents had been arrested for protesting after suspecting an anomaly at the polling station.
He continued that the lawyer who questioned the right of the Police to arrest his agent who was put in handcuffs but was hit with the butt of a gun by a soldier who was present at the place.
Lawyer Kwame Adom-Appiah is contesting the incumbent MP Dr. Nana Ayew Afriyie.
