Nzema 96.5FM will finally have their sports crew starting work on July 2, 2020.
The station owned by Hon. Catherine Afeku – Minister of State at the Office of the President and the Member of Parliament for Evalue Ajomoro Gwira Constituency in the Western Region is to serve as the mouthpiece for the people of Nzema.

The management of the station who are very determined to compete very well in the already choked media space, have begun poaching the best of broadcasters on the Nzema soil.

The sports department of the station will be headed by Ernest Kwame Asabil – an astute broadcaster in the Nzemaland.
He parted ways with Ankorbra FM in 2018 to further his studies but now back to command the airwaves again.

Asabil has been joined by former colleagues at Ankorbra FM, Frank Wangara and Enoch Eshun who were serving as panels at Ankorbra FM.

Also joining are Attah K. Junior and Acoustic to complete the five-member sports crew.
The duo were with West End Radio before joining the new Axim-based radio station.
