Kumasi Asante Kotoko have officially reopened negotiations with Karela United for the transfer of Ivorian midfielder Jean Vital Ourega.
Kotoko initially wanted to pay the midfielder GHS 20, 000 as signing on-fee and a salary of GHS 1,000 for a season loan deal but the player and his management rejected the offer.

But according to the Financial consultant and Administrator of the Ayinase based team, Kotoko have made a second bid for the player but management of Karela United are yet to conclude on a final decision.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko have been granted the permission to represent Ghana in next season’s CAF Confederation cup even though league season in the country has been put on hold.

With this, the Porcupine Warriors are strengthening their squad for the big task next season and believes with the inclusion of the Ivorian midfielder will be of help.
