The Porcupine Warriors have parted ways with the Norwegian after just four months of service.
According to a release from Kotoko, signed by CEO George Amoako, Kjetil Zachariassen is no longer the coach of the club after his contract has been terminated on mutual consent.
The release further states that, Kjetil Zachariassen will be paid his October salary as a sign of compensation.
Zachariassen was appointed the head coach of Asante Kotoko on a two-year deal in about four months ago after CK Akonnor was sacked despite reaching the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup and also winning the NC Special Competition tier I.
