Parliament has released schedule for vetting the ministerial appointees submitted by President Akufo-Addo.
The vetting process has been scheduled to begin in February and end in the first week of March, 2021.
Parliament will be vetting three candidates a day starting from February 10 to March 9, 2021.
Hon. Kwaku Agyemang-Manu who is the Health Minister designate will be the first to undergo vetting on February 10, 2021.[ads2]
It has been explained that Kwaku Agyemang-Manu will be undergoing the vetting first due to the upsurge of the coronavirus cases in the country as the Parliament want to finish with him early to enable him to continue his job.
Also to undergo vetting on the first day will be the National Security Minister designate Ken Dapaah with the likes of Ken Ofori-Atta who is the Finance Minister designate and others to follow.[ads1]
The various regional Ministers designate would also be undergoing the vetting..
