Black Stars new boy, Patrick Kpozo has shared his excitement for making his debut appearance for the senior national team against Madagascar last Sunday.
Kpozo who currently plays for Moldovan champions Sherrif Tiraspol was very elated after seeing all 90 minutes of the game as Ghana shared the spoils in a goalless drawn game far away Antananarivo.
The left back who was drafted in following injuries to Baba Rahman and Gideon Mensah, the regulars put in a 90 minute shift in his debut appearance.
Speaking to the media after the game Patrick revealed:
“I was expecting us to win but it was Okay it makes me proud of course is everyone’s dream to play for the National team if am I being called Am very proud and Happy.
The Black Stars will be hoping to qualify for African Cup of Nations 2023 at Ivory Coast. The Chris Hughton led team will play Central Africa Republic in their next and final fixture in September.
