The NDC Western Regional Communication Officer Richard Kirk-Mensah has tied the knot with Venice Anani in grand style at Takoradi, the Oil City of Ghana.
The wedding ceremony between the NDC Western Regional Communication Officer Richard Kirk-Mensah and Venice Anani which took place on 8th of May, 2021 at the Christ The King Catholic Church at EFFIAKUMA in Takoradi saw the historic gathering of top hierarchy of politicians gracing the event.
Among the prominent attendants who graced the colourful holy matrimony was the Running Mate to H.E John Mahama in the 2020 polls Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang , Hon. Totobi Quakyi former Advisor to President Mahama, Hon. Akwasi Oppong-Fosu former Minister of local government chaired the program at Calender’s Event Center with Host of TV3’s Edziban Programme Seth Kwame Dzokoto as the Master of Ceremony (MC).
Others were a high powered delegation from the Ghana’s biggest opposition party NDC led by the firebrand National Communication Officer Lawyer Comrade Sammy Gyamfi with Rco from bono, Volta, Central and Drco from Bono and Western.
The Western Regional NDC Caucus in Parliament were fully present led by Hon. Isaac Adjei Mensah of Wassa East, Hon. Eric Afful MP of Wassa Amenfi West and newly elected MP of Wassa East Hon. Nicholas Amankwah.
The NDC Functional Executive Committee was represented by the Deputy General Secretary Comrade Peter Boamah Otukonor, National Deputy Communications Officer Comrade Ako Gun and Comrade Kwaku Boahene DNO.
Meanwhile, the Western regional chairman of NDC Nana Kojo toku, regional secretary Joseph Nelson and the Dr. Japhet Baidoo led the regional executives who were fully present on both traditional marriage and the white wedding.
Rev. Fr. Vitus Mensah the Parish Priest of the Christ The King Catholic Church Effiakuma officiated the ceremony and touch on the love as the power gift to mankind, mark 10:6-9.
The Friday 7th MAY was characterised by all-White-Traditional Marriage at VILLA PARADIIS AT AIRPORT RIDGE TAKORADI that saw CLASSIC DISPLAY OF THE GHANAIAN TRADITION.
Rev. Dr. Robert Andoh who is the Head Pastor of Pureword Assemblies of God where Mr Kirk-Mensah fellowship offitiated the traditional marriage ceremony to usher the couple into their white wedding according to the catholic faith of the bride.
