The Youth and Sports Minister, Honorable Isaac Kwame Asiamah has cut sod for the construction of school projects in Atwima Mponua Constituency of the Ashanti Region.
The sector minister who double as the Member of Parliament for the Constituency cut the sod on Sunday in a short ceremony.
Speaking during his presentation, the minister indicated that the exercise is in fulfillment to government’s promise of providing educational facilities in every constituency, which is aimed at promoting comprehensive development and empowerment to the citizenry.
The beneficiary communities are Anansu, Obuasikrom and Ahyiresu in the Atwima Mponua Constituency.
