The Western Regional Security Council (Western REGSEC) is offering a reward of ten thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh¢10,000) for anyone who gives information leading to the arrest of suspects in the murder of one Mr. Charles Kwakye at Amanful, a suburb in Takoradi.
It would be recalled that, on April 12, 2021 it was widely reported that armed robbers have attacked Mr. Kwakye and his wife Monica Nda with guns, robbing them of valuables and bolted away with two unregistered motorbikes.[ads2]
However, a release from REGSEC indicate that the Western Regional Police Command are on a manhunt for the six armed robbers who committed the crime.
In this regard, the police is calling on citizens with information about the whereabouts of the suspects for the handsome reward.[ads3]
Anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects should report to the nearest police station or call the Western Regional Police Command on the telephone lines in the release below….
