The police officer who was captured in a perceived drunken state has been interdicted.
There was a viral video on social media with a police officer in a perceived drunken state which saw Ghanaians talking against.[ads2]
But a release from the police administration state that the officer has been identified and currently interdicted to make way for investigations.
The statement also says a clinical psychologist has been assigned to evaluate and offer him the necessary support, and will also be referred to the Police Medical Board for thorough review and support his rehabilitation when necessary.[ads3]
As to whether he will remain in the service, the police administration is saying that will be based on the investigations and recommendations by the Police Medical Board…
