Mohammed Polo has criticized the Accra Hearts of Oak leadership claiming the management team’s incompetence is the reason the club is struggling to stay competitive in the betPawa Premier League.
He also claims that the group is underachieving expectations despite Togbe Afede’s efforts.
“The issues confronting Hearts of Oak’s stems from lack of quality in the coaching staff, players, and management.” Togbe Afede is investing heavily in the club, but the management is failing to make things right. They cannot find a good coach.

“They are unable to attract excellent players to play for the club.It’s a major issue, and we have no idea what they’re doing. They are still unable to find a suitable coach. We’ve also learned that several of the players are quitting the club.”he told Rainbow Radio.
According to him, Kasim Mingle is the best person to be appointed as Head Coach of hearts of Oak.
He continued by saying that the club’s fans are worried about the management since they are inexperienced.
