Nana Yaw Amponsah, made a donation to the Black Queens team at Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence, Prampram as they prepare for the 2018 Women Africa Cup of Nation.
Nana Yaw Amponsah donated items which include boxes of mineral water, soft drinks, bread and an undisclosed amount of money.
Presentation was received by Black Queens assistant coach, Mercy Tagoe and captain Leticia Zikpi
The Black Queens of Ghana will be hosting seven other nations: Mali, Algeria, Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Zambia from November 17 to December 1.
Cape Coast Stadium and Accra Sports Stadium are chosen venues for the tournament 11th edition of the AWCON 2018.
Ghana still chases first AWCON title despite making the final three times and losing to Nigeria on all three occasions.
Nigeria are the defending champions with eight titles whiles Equatorial Guinea have the other two.
The three top nations after December 1, will earn an automatic slot to the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup to be hosted by France.
