Karela United Football Club is Ghana Premier League side based in Nzema Ayinase in the Ellembelle District of Western Region, Ghana.
Formed on October 1, 2013 after taken full control from former and non existing Division One League side, Metro Sporting Club.

After spending three seasons in Ghana’s second on the pyramid competition(2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17), Karela United FC earned promotion to Ghana’s elite club competition by earning a record 72 points in the Zone Two of GN Bank DOL 2016-17 season.
