Prosper Harrison Addo General secretary of the Ghana Football Association, describes the accusations made against Kurt Okraku and the Football Association’s leadership as “a bunch of lies.”
His comments come after a FIFA investigation of Mr. Okraku, the head of the GFA, for allegedly violating the code of ethics, as said by a whistleblower.

Prosper Harrison Addo says a lot of the positions people hold at the FA were advertised and that those selected are competent ,the reason they hold that office.
“If you put together a bunch of lies to sell them, I will not buy them,”

“With my position, it was advertised and a number of people applied for it, and I was awarded the role.
“I know for a fact that if George Afriyie was to be in charge as the Ghana Football Association President, he would have worked with me because he knows my qualities,” told Asaase Radio
The petitioner claims that Kurt Okraku is running a friends-and-cronies government that, among other things, transgresses FIFA ethics. Additionally, it was alleged that the GFA President used different names in official documents while also being linked to a possible match-fixing scam.
Harrison Addo added, in contrast to many claims of nepotism,that he was one of the qualified people appointed to assist in managing the administration.
