Head coach of Division One League side Proud United, Abdul Rashard Musa has expressed his joy over the postponement of this weekends National Division One League after the GFA was served with a court injunction from Accra Great Olympics.
In an exclusive interview with www.kyfilla.com after a friendly match with another Division One side Skyy FC at the Sekondi Gyandi Park yesterday which they won 3-2.
Abdul Rashard Musa said the postponement of the league will not affect them and they are even happy the league is not starting this weekend, because they didn’t start their preseason early and most of their new players or justify players did not report early but hope to catch up by the time the league start after the court case.
“It won’t affect us, we are even happy that they’ve postponed the league. We didn’t start early and there are others who don’t have clubs that we’ve called for them to come for justifiers. We didn’t get enough time to train and we are also working on giving every player enough chance to prepare.” – Abdul Rashard Musa told www.kyfilla.com
