A CEO of a leading media house in the Sekondi – Takoradi metropolis has revealed that most Radio Presenters in the oil city are ungrateful, in an exclusive chat with www.kyfilla.com.
The CEO who wants to remain anonymous said the ungrateful attitude of some of the radio presenters is the main reason why most of the CEO’s have also refused to invest in them.
He recounted on the number of radio presenters he has supported from his own pocket for them to further their education as a way of improving their career, providing incentives for presenters as a way of motivating them to give their best, but the presenters will pay back in a very bizarre way by resigning from the company with some not even given a prior notice.
He went further to say that some of the presenters do send a WhatsApp message of form of resignation letter which the CEO deemed as disrespect.
The energetic CEO went to urge radio presenters in the metropolis to also respect Contract as a way of not getting them self in dispute with their former employers.
