Aduana Stars dependable defender Paul Aidoo has expressed his readiness to captain the team after being appointed as the deputy to Yahaya Mohammed.
The robotic defender who captained his former team Medeama Sporting Club believes he is capable enough to lead the ‘Ogya Boys’ when the first captain Yahaya Mohammed is not available.
“Am ever ready to captain the team. I have captained most of the teams that I have played so far so am ever ready”, he told Kwame Yeboah, host of Sekondi based Radio Silver Sports in an interview.
He however expressed his profound gratitude to the owner of Aduana Stars, Nana Agyemang Badu II for fulfilling his promise by releasing $25,000 to the players yesterday.

“He made a promise to us and we are very happy he has fulfilled the promise. This will boost our morale in our two CAF Confederation Cup games “, he added.
