Ghana has recorded an overwhelming increase in Coronavirus recoveries from March – June, 2019.
The country recorded its first case of the pandemic in March 12, 2020 and since then has confirmed a total of 13,717 total cases within a space of four months.
A total of 10,074 persons have successfully recovered from the devastating disease which is about 73.4%.

Ghana’s active cases is now at 3458 with 85 people sadly losing their lives from the disease.
Greater Accra Region have recorded the highest number of cases (7860) with 6068 recoveries followed by the Ashanti Region with 2637 cases and 1760 recoveries while the Western and Central Regions have confirmed 1142 and 789 cases with 950 and 619 recoveries respectively.
