Coach Daniel Ogunmodede has cautioned against people tagging his side, Remo Stars as the underdog after drawing Ghana’s Medeama Sporting Club in the Confederation of African Football Champions League preliminary round.
The draw which was held earlier today saw Ghana’s league champions paired against the Nigerian side in a first leg tie expected to come off on the weekend of August 18 and 20 at Cape Coast Stadium.
Commentaries running around suggest the Ghanaian team may have an easy run over the Nigerians for which Remo Star’s Coach Daniel Ogunmodede has spoken against.
He added that anyone seeking to label Remo Stars as underdog should ask Moroccan side, ASFAR.
