Hearts of Oak defender Christopher Bonney has been dropped from the Black Meteors camp over age uncertainty, Kyfilla.com can report.
The defender was axed from the Ghana U23 camp following a media reports that, he has forged his documents to fit within the age category.
Documents of the defender indicate that he was born on November 22, 1998 whiles his date of birth on the transfer market is July 4, 1992.
According to report in the local media, the technical handlers of the Black Meteors have been alerted about the age uncertainty of the defender which has led to his withdrawal from the team to avoid any punishment from CAF.
Meanwhile, the Black Meteors continue preparation ahead of their final CAF U23 Nations Cup qualifer against Algerian on September 5.
