Residents in Effia Constituency have woken up to a good news as a decision has been agreed for the construction of a new ultramodern artificial turf.
According to the Member of Parliament for Effia Constituency and also the Deputy Energy Minister, Honorable Joseph Cudjoe revealed to Abaido Abednego of Spice FM that construction of a new astro turf will begin on December 3,2018.
Kyfilla.com understands, the beneficiary communities would be Lagos Town, Tadisco Down, Bankyease and West Ridge all in the Effia Constituency.
Also the only government basic school in Lagos Town would also get a new astro turf with the aim of developing talents in the school.
Source told Kyfilla.com that, the project which cost millions of cedis would be financed by those in charge of the newly built Takoradi mall located in the Effia/Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly.
