Ace broadcaster, Nana Adjoa Arthur affectionately called by her listeners as ‘The Queen of the Airwaves’ is leaving Skyy Power FM, the mother station of Skyy Media Group in Takoradi.
Considered as one of the best and versatile female broadcasters in the Western Region, Nana Adjoa Arthur is set to bring her nine years of marriage with Skyy Power FM to an end latest by next month.
According to sources, Nana Adjoa Arthur – known for her soul-touching and smooth voice is joining Media General hence her decision to leave Skyy Power FM.[ads4]
Sources divulge that, the 2015 Western Regional Radio and Television Media Personality winner has agreed a deal with the management of Media General after a lengthy negotiations.
Nana Adjoa Arthur will be joining Media General subsidiary in the Western Region – Connect FM should the deal end in a success.
Should she join Connect FM, Nana Adjoa Arthur will be the latest Skyy Media Group presenter to switch camp to the Media General subsidiary after Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson, Eric Yaw Agyei and host of others.[ads1]
Nana Adjoa Arthur joined Skyy Power FM somewhere in 2012 after resigning from Melody FM and since then has spent nine years at the West-Fijai based media firm.
She is the host of Skyy Power FM’s late afternoon show, the weekend music countdown dubbed “The Local Chat Show” and female centered talks show called ” Ladies Club”.
