The Ghana Highway Authority (GHA), on behalf of the Ministry of Roads and Highways, will implement a joint expansion of the Atomic Bridge (N4) in Accra. This crucial project aims to improve traffic flow and enhance road infrastructure in the area.
The project timeline is as follows;
Start Date: Wednesday, October 3, 2024 through to Tuesday, October 22, 2024 thus 20 days of operation. The working Hours will be 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily
To minimize disruptions to traffic during the construction period, the Ghana Highway Authority will put in place a traffic management plan and motorists are advised to adhere to them strictly.
In light of this a communique has being released to further educate the general public.
The GHA apologizes for any inconvenience this project may cause and urges motorists to cooperate with the traffic management measures. The expansion of the Atomic Bridge is an important step towards improving road infrastructure in Accra and enhancing the quality of life for residents and commuters.
