Affable broadcaster, Chelsy Sey has been adjudged the Western region radio personality of the year at the 2020 edition of the Radio and Television Personalities (RTP) Awards.
This year’s which was the tenth edition was held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra.

Chelsy Sey who is the host of Takoradi-based YFM’s ‘Ryse N Shyne’ show beat other notable radio personalities in the Western Region to win the enviable award.
She takes over from Connect FM’s Nana Yaw Gyebi who won the award at the last edition during his days at Goodnews FM.

Meanwhile, this year’s edition of the awards was hosted by Elvis Crystal and the beautiful Roselyn Feli.
There were performances from artistes like Praye, Selina Boateng, Kidi, Epixode, Mr Drew, Krymi among others.

The likes of UTV, TV3, Angel TV, Citi TV and GhOne TV were among the big winners.
The biggest winner was Stacy Amoateng, who won the ultimate award for the night, RTP Personality Of The Year whilst Peace FM’s Kwami Sefa Kayi and Bola Ray of EIB also had a tie on the RTP Personality Of The Decade award.
